Morphological and Morphometrical comparison of structural elements of a normal and duplex kidney and ureter in children, taking into account the gravity of the severity of urodynamics infringement and method of surgical treatment were done. The necessity of the histological study of kidney tissues when determining the need of the resection of the kidney was determined. It was confirmed that the choice of the operation in child duplex kidney must be a plastic reconstructive intervention. It was confirmed that a high meaning in determinating the severeness of the functional state of the kidney and ureters has the quantity of connective tissue together with the basal substance.
