There was fulfilled the comparative analysis of the effectiveness circulating water-supply systems by means of the formation purposeful functions. It was proved that the comparative analysis of the effectiveness it ought to fulfil simultaneously by technical and economical indexes. It is necessary to give the advantage to net present value NPV under fulfilement of the comparative analysis because net present value take into consideration the expences and the profits also if it was chose the circulating water-supply system more economical profitable. It was patented the more advanced construction of the ventilating water-cooling installation GBV-1,0; builded the industrial installation and determined the quantity of the entrained water. There is developed a metodic of the comparative analysis of the effectiveness and choice of a type circulating water-supply system. The metodic include a formation of three schemes circulating water-supply system, the comparative analysis by NPV and choise of a type circulating water-supply system
