Here are the analysis the results of surgical treatment Hirschsprung's disease in 199 patients were analysed in terms from 6 months to 15 years after operation by endorectal pull-through of the colon. Had been given objective criteria of morpho-functional status of pull-through colon and anorectal part in follow-up period. Had been brought in consideration the main causes of complications and functional disturbances postoperative time. There was developed rehabilitation program for postoperative patients wich increased effectiveness of treatment. Finally good functional results were found in 89% and satisfactory in 11% patients.
