The object is ecology-economic processes of formation of bases of sustainable development and mechanisms of its introduction in region; the aims - development of ecology-economic bases of sustainable development Thranskarpatyon area; methods - the statistical analysis, comparison, the correlation analysis, synthesis, economic-mathematical modeling; novelty - value of concept " sustainable development " is expanded, the economic - ecological mechanism of maintenance of steady development is proved, is determined economic - ecological efficiency of an industrial complex of the Thranskarpatyon area; the results - are developed scientific - methodical and practical recommendations for introduction of steady development in Thranskarpatyon area. It is introduced into economic practice.
