. The object of the study is a children with cryptorchidism and the experimental animals. The aim of the study - impovement of results sn surgical treatment of cryptorchidism by means of recover of testicle blood supply in their retraction. The methods of the study - the experimental, the clinical, the instrumental and statististical. For the first time determined that transversal total incision of m. cremaster suppresses cremaster reflex, significantly disturbs testicle blood supply and promotes the development of long-term partial hypoxia with desintegration of hematotesticular barrier elements, suppression of spermatogenesis up to atrophy of this organ, contributes to the development of testicle torsion and autoimmune orchitis; grafting of muscular flap excised from inner oblique muscle of abdomen to m. cremaster, especially under conditions of its underdevelopment (hypoplasia), forms favourable conditions for blood vessels regeneration in spermatic cord, thus improving blood supply of retarded testicle in its bringing down; follow-up results of surgical treatment of cryptorchism in children with use of plasty are considerably better than without it.
