Sharandak V. Experimental Basis of Peroral Method of Calve's Immunization Against Salmonellosis

Object of research: the calves of 3-5; 13-15- and 20-25 days, got from the notimmunizated and immu-nizated cows and immunizated by Salmonella antigen in dead-wood period and laboratory animals (white mouses and rabbits).The purpose of research: experimental basis of peroral method calve's immunization by Salmonella antigen.Methods of research: clinical, hematological, radio-biological, bacteriological, immunological, hys-tological, statistical.Results: it was studied the immunological indexes of calves, got from non vacctinated and vacctinated cows and peroral immunizated by Salmonella anti-gen in different ages after birth. It was studied the distribution of Salmonella antigen in rabbits' or-ganizm in different methods of it's using and immu-nomorphological changes in organs in peroral intro-duction of it. The organizm reaction on Salmonella an-tigen was studied by indexes of absolute quantity T- and B-lymphocytes, tytres of anti salmonella antibod-ies, indexes IML, OFR, BAS and LAS. Appearance antisalmonella antibodies in coprofiltrates is a local reaction on peroral introduction Salmonella antigen.Scientific novelty of work: at first in Ukraine theoreticly and experimentally it was based the necessary of pero-ral calve's immunization by Salmonella antigen. It was studied the distribution of it in peroral using. It was es-tablished the main localization of Salmonella antigen in tissue of intestines in peroral it's application. Accumu-lation antibodyformed cells in tissue of intestines is a base of local immune reaction on Salmonella antigen. It's showed the meaning of the lymphoid tissue's reac-tion of intestine tract in formation of resistance against Salmonella infection. It's noted, the intensive influence of antigen on immunological indexes of calves immu-nizated peroral comparing with parenteral injection. Experimentally based and worked out methodic of pro-duction eritrocyte diagnosticumes for making RNHA on a basis of tanisated and sensibilisated ram's erytro-cytes by antiges S.dublin and S.typhimurium. Devel-oped the role of cell's and humoral factors of immunity protection against agents of Salmonella infections in peroral immunization them in different ages after birth. It is offered: the diagnosis and prevention of Salmonella infection.
