Suhina O. Ecological-economic priorities of rehabilitation of mining-industrial regions.

The dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical-methodological bases of realization of rehabilitation of mining-industrial regions of Ukraine. In it the methodological approaches to improvement of an ecological situation of mining regions have received the further development; are proved principles of determination of the current and strategic ecological-economic priorities of rehabilitation of mining-industrial regions, which are based on comparison of damages, which are put to an environment, and cost of nature protection measures; the modified methodical approaches to comparison of costs and benefits are developed at realization of rehabilitation measures, which are based on the account to the factor of time and employment of procedure of discounting; is deepened conceptual base and normative-legal bases of realization of ecological rehabilitation of the broken territories.
