Essay

In historical and philosophical research was proved, that an analysis of european philosophy properties is methodological source of correctional approaches to deviant personality. It was show, that philosophical maintenance of correction and penalty for deviant personality is identical - it consists in motive to acknowledgement and to learning of moral imperative. In socially-philosophical research was cleared up maintenance, basic lines of inlying and external form of correction. Variant of detailization of methodological correction principles, offered by author, allows to combine in social correction form the state, civil and religious regulators of influence on asocial deviant personality.
