The thesis is dedicated to the studies of growth and formation, structural transformation, changes in mineral structure of long skeleton bones of different age groups of animals under adaptation of organism to general dehydration and under general dehydration in adapted and unadapted animals to general dehydration with the next studies of their readaptational transformations. The type and degree of structural and functional transformations in long bones have been determined to be related to the duration of dehydrational factor, age and previously made adaptation.
