Essay

Research subjects: 165 patients with different aetiology of pleural syndrom. Research objectives: the peculiarities of endocrine status, immune reactivity and coagulative/fibrinolytic system at the patients with pleural syndrom and pathogenetical substantiation reducing of level of prolactin for the correction the discovering overpatchings. Methods: medical methods of investigation of endocrine status, immune reactivity and coagulative/fibrinolytic system; statistic methods. Theoretical and practical results: There are prolactin-dependent changes of fibrinolytic and coagylative system on the system-defined and tissue level at the patients with pleural syndrom. It is developed and appled method of the correction of hyperprolactinemia at the patients with parapneumonic pleurisy using course of bromcriptine (parlodel). Novelty of introduced: of the usage of bromcriptine (parlodel) as modulator of functional activity of cell immunity (taking into account fibrinolytic and coagylative activity of cells) andas modulator fibrinilytic system at the patients with pleural syndrom.
