The dissertation addresses the issue of improvement of the economic mechanism of nature management and environmental activity. The necessity of complex approach to the forming of nature use and environmental activity economic mechanism has been grounded on implementation of market environment regulation and stimulation mechanisms. Specific propositions and recommendations for the development and improvement of nature use and environmental activity economic instruments have been elaborated. The major results of the present dissertation have been already brought in the economic practice.
