Kaira L. Development, introduction and monitoring of power resources efficient utilization projects (on the example of power-saving demonstrational zone formation and functioning)

The object is the process of power saving management in the town; the aim is the substantiation and development of methodical, tool-making and informative analytical provision of power saving project management; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical methods; the new approach lies in the development and scientific explanation of principles of high power efficient demonstrational zone, the system of indices for measuring and estimating power consumption, the models of analyzing and forecasting the power efficiency of projects for budget organization; the results are as follows: the mechanism of power saving management in the town, informative system and soft-ware have been developed; it was introduced in the demonstrational zone of Dnieprodzerzhinsk; the field is project management, budget sphere.
