The object of research - freedom as a phenomenon of social being; the aim of research - to reveal the essence and principal signs of social freedom as an important factor of the creation of civil society in Ukraine, and development of its reflexive resources; the methods of research - method of ascent from abstract to specific, methods of system and interval; theoretic results and novelty - complex research of freedom essence as a social phenomenon; practical results and novelty - factors and criterions of increase of social freedom in Ukraine are revealed; directions of rise of social freedom level in modern conditions are determined; subject and application degree - dissertations materials may be applied in philosophy and culture teaching, on elaborating the programs of post-soviet society reformation; may be used as a methodological basis of applied researches; efficacy of application - giving results; optimum parameters of regulation processes of social freedom are determined; recommendations on their application are presented; methodological basis of freedom theory is elaborated; sphere of application - research of effective models of stable social development; perspective social prognosis; scientific and educational work
