Salavor O. The improvement of the methods of washing-and-transporting water and diffusional equipment disinfection with aim the decrease of sucrose loss caused by decomposition

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of decreasing the sucrose loss after decomposition in the sugar procession department of a sugar plant by the usage of native Ukrainian reagents in the additional purification of washing-and-transporting water and the disinfection of diffusional eguipment. There are proposed tuo ways of washing-and-transporting water purification: by the usage of І-saturation sediment and "Polvac" coagulant along with aluminium dihydroxosulphate.The optimal parameters of purification of water for diffusional eguipment with of aluminium dihydroxosulphate ("Polvac") are set up.The efficieney of the usage of a new Ukrainian antiseptic "Phytocide" to inactivate microorganisms in diffusional devices is proved. There is also studied its influence on qualitative indices of diffusional and purified juice, and its activity in relations with different physiological groups of microorganisms.Keywords: washing-and-transporting water, extraction process, purification, disinfection.
