While the toxicity of allyl alcohol is shown by damage of periphery of lobules - this toxine amazes periportal hepatocytes and causes the greatest changes alanine aminotransferase, ?-glutamyltranspeptidase and acid phosphatase activity in the blood serum, activity of microsomal glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and content of retinol in the liver.
