Essay

Object: social and economic processes of employment policy in Ukraine and peculiarities of its realization in Lviv region. Aim: working out the theoretical basis and giving practical recommendations of creating motivation mechanism of employment policy activization in Ukraine. Methods: statistical analysis, questioning, generalization, model method. Results: the methodical approaches to creation the motivation mechanism of employment policy activization in Ukraine are made. Novelty: the terminological apparatus of investigation is enlarged the motivation mechanisms are made, value approach is used. Use: working out the employment programs in Lviv region, teaching of special courses.
