Essay

The object - social justice. In contrast to a deep-roted in explanation of justice as, first of all, social equalty the author bring about an opposite approach - its distributive-proportional essence and reflect to some extent the idea of "equal inequality" by G.Skovoroda. Philosophic and ethic background is chosen to be the liberal theory of justice by J.Rolse, which one tried to synthesize with the communicative approaches and on this basis makes an attempt to ground the idea of postconventional explanation of SJ.
