Dissertation prepared about calculation model of the third party risk and public safety zones determination in vicinity of the airports of civil aviation. The following tasks are solved in dissertation: theoretical proving of the third party risk model in vicinity of the airports of civil aviation; estimation of the probability of aircraft incidents for diverse aircraft categories at diverse flight stages in airport vicinity; carrying out and analysis of aircraft incident location model; carrying out and analysis of aircraft incident consequences model. Grounding on theoretically proved models a method for third party risk assessment and recommendations for public safety zones construction in the vicinity of the airports of civil aviation are worked up.
