Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration, pathogenetic substantiation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of a new method of complex treatment of pediatric acute scrotal disorders. The work is based on a new method of intraoperative decompression of the affected testiclе, an indirect lymphotropic use of medicines during the postoperative period. The use of the proposed therapeutic method lowers the number of bed ( days from 9,31(0,25 to 8,11(0,17, and reduces unsatisfactory results of the treatment from 14,1(1,3% to 8,1( 0,8%.
