Essay

The thesis reveals synergetic measuring of personal self-realization and its specificity in the conditions of social transformation on the example of modern Ukrainian society. In the context of synergetical ideas the personality represents a complex, dissipative, nonlinear system of intrinsic forces. So, intrinsic forces as elements of personality's structure exist in the persistent process of their self-organization. In the dissertation it is emphasized, that intrinsic forces are those elements of personality's structure, which are objectivated with necessity by means of activity and functionate as a channel of connection of an individual with the hierarchically above located systems of nature and society. The essentially new division of personality's intrinsic forces on the intrinsic forces of stability and the intrinsic forces of development is offered. In the dissertation author's point of view is grounded, that the process of personality self-realization is a part of a complete process of individual intrinsic forces' self-organization. The original model of personality self-organization is constructed as consisting of three blocks: cognitive, practical and correctional one. The place of process of self-realization among all processes of the personal self-life is determined in this model: self-realization is the completing process of the practical block. The essence of personality self-realization as the objectivation of individual intrinsic forces is revealed. So, personality self-realization is determined as a process of personality's intrinsic forces' objectivation, as a process being caused by a personal fundamental need and being proceeded by means of individual activity corresponding to own inner tendencies of personality's development. From the positions of synergetics the contents of personality self-realization is discovered and the specific role of the researched process in one's life is proved: it is the sole process ensuring harmonious inclusion of a separate person into hierarchically higher natural and social systems. Possible variants of the researched process are analyzed in the dissertation and the original classification of the forms of personality's self-realization is offered. Depending on a level of internal freedom and the purposes of activity there are allocated such forms, as: self-realization - adaptation, self-realization - cognition, self-realization - innovation, self-realization - fulfillment, self-realization - play. The opinion is grounded, that during the period of social transformation self-realization - play is the most optimal form of personality's intrinsic forces' realization, because it provides the most flexible inclusion of a person to the changeable social life. On the example of modern Ukrainian society the author investigates the interdependence of personality self-realization with the processes of social development and states, that a transforming society gives to a separate person more opportunities of self-realization, than the crisis or relatively stable one.It is shown, that in the conditions of social transformation an individual act of self-realization becomes capable to determine the future of the whole social system and that by the resonant influence of one act of self-realization it is possible to remove the whole society to a new stage of development.
