The analysis of results of diagnostic and treatment 275 children with an acute hematogenous osteomyelitis is carried out. The method of early diagnostics is developed on the basis of definition pH inside bone of the center of a defeat. The main role of a puncture of the center of a defeat in diagnostics intraossal of a stage is confirmed, that allows is well-timed to lead adequate patogenetical the directed therapy and provided achievement of the good nearest and remote results.
