Thesis is devoted to the problem of organization and development of Partisan Movement in Donbass during the Great Patriotic War, studying this process peculiarity on the territory of the region. The activities of state government bodies and management, party leaders, military headquarters are regarded on the analyze of corresponding legislative and normative acts, archives and published documents. The main facts of the organization of partisan detachments and creation of secret activity are given and the corresponding actions are estimated.
