Karsim I. Development of the church archaeology and museology in Ukraine in the second half of XIX - at the beginning of XX centuries.

This thesis is the first investigation of the problem of originated, development and the main achievements of church archaeology and museology in Ukraine. Author systematizes a scientific contribution of church-archaeology institutions and archaeologiest congresses in church archaeology, protections of monuments to the past, regional studies. In the thesis is analysed the scientific-organising work for creation and development of church-archaeologiest museums in Ukraine, is described it's contribution in discovery, collection, studing, publication and protection of monuments to the past. Author reveals the character and the special feature of fund work, creation of the main museum's collections, system, classification and attribution of museum's articles, excursion and exhibition works.
