Dissertation research is devoted to questions of development of theoreticalpositions and development of the methodical recommendations directed on perfection of the mechanism of management by risks of investment activity of a natureprotection direction. The algoritm of management is offered by risk at investment of nature protection activity. The technique of definition of ptiorities to risk of an investment direction is proved. It optimized definition of the optimum investment project of a nature protection direction in conditions of risk. The technique of strategic planning of an exit from the ivestment project of a nature protection direction in conditions of risk is offered. Results of research are realized in practical activities of enterprises of Prichernomorskiy region.
