Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the phenomenon of a social conflict in the civilizational process. It is proved that the special display of social contradictions is a "social conflict", as one of the forms of social interrelation. The nature of social contradictions and social conflicts is always civilizational that is confirmed in thesis. The concept "civilizationality" represents the historical progress of a social world as a dialectical process. Civilizational process is like all that a positive and a negative, what defines and accompanies a man in his rational and social - necessary history. It is defended the own definition such concepts as civilizationality, civilizety, non-civilizety. The concept "civilizety" represents the moment of civilizational process, exposed constructivety of civilizational action in the progressive measuring. The non-civilizety choice, in a social - historical progress, works on regress and anti - humanism. Conflict represents like a fundamental descriptionof being, an inevitable and natural is pointed out. It is a distinctive skill to be in a permanent crisis state. Conflict has a root in human existantion and is interspersed into human life; immediately exists in it and is personally experienced. It accompanies an all history of humanity and has elementary human relations like its source. Social conflict, by its nature, is an organizing form of civilizational process, in the course of it changes happen in a system of social norms and orientations is noted. A new social reality appears with the new norms, values, and public connections in the time of conflict situation solution. It is also proved that in social conflict only the correlation between civilized (constructive) and non-civilized (destructive) in complicated conflicting process displays the most visibly. Social conflict favors the constructive (civilized) and destructive (non-civilized) remaking in a civilizational process. Social conflict as a multi-measuring process can be neither solely positivenor only negative is confirmed in thesis. It carries in itself some losses (material, social, value, spiritual, moral and so on); therefore it is a destructive element. The ability to be a stimulator and motive power of civilizational changes is its constructive side. Social conflict ensures progress, doesn't allow stagnation in definite society and civilization in general is proved. It as an attribute of person's life and society shows its worth with particular force in extreme situation, after which the advantage moment of progress or regress ensues with subsequent turning their discrepant character of existence. A transition from one form of society civilizational organization to the next passes obligatory through the limit, which is represented by the form of a social conflict is affirmed. Just in this aspect a social conflict represents as an extreme situation. The "old - new" civilizations meet exactly in it that is its principal peculiarity. A social conflict here is a transition from one stage of thecivilizational progress to another and a relation measure between different social elections that is confirmed by an extremely situational nature of its being. It gives the sides of a social process an opportunity to achieve a new status of being a new measuring of existence. It is a meeting place, a limit, where civilizations join with respect to the sense of humanity history. Every civilization is disputed not only in its basis but it can appear such a "break line" concerning that the new civilizational processes arise. There are a lot of social conflicts in a civilizational process and they display the most visibly in an extreme situation. Just extremely situational social disputed circumstances induce to construct new civilizational formations. If one considers a social conflict in the capacity of social progress contradictions then it turns out that its existence with the necessity and in the proper form of sufficiency lead to definition of major ways and content of a new society construction is confirmed in thesis. It is insisted that a conflict is conforming to the laws of nature and logical in any social system. The investigated phenomenon is not a "social sickness" but it is a distinctive feature of social processes. It is affirmed that conflict is unfit neither to be completely liquidated nor to be restrained for a long time, considering it like a concept and process in a social philosophical analysis. Social conflict has a permanent character of being this is a reality, which is to be taken into consideration. Considering a social conflict like contradictions of social progress, its existence with necessity and in suitable form of sufficiency leads to the basic ways and content of a new society structure determination. It is emphasized that a social conflict is an inexhaustible object of cognition that's why it is impossible to know everything about it. It remains a broad enough field in subsequent philosophical comprehension of social progress.
