The Base given work have formed the benchmark analysis checking and under investigation groups sick. In checking group entered sick, which is executed ESWL without using of mineral water. In under investigation group entered sick, which before arrival in permanent establishment passed the course of the treatment by drinking mineral water Zbruchanskogo source. Using statistical methods of the processing result have revealled the korelyation dependencies between factor, which characterize the ESWL, have also installed the absence expected dependencies between determined factor. Have Defined the factors to value each of factor, have removed the formulas - a models of the forecasting of the current period, have formed the groups of the risk sick. The Called on calculations give us possibility is differentiated forecast duration of stay sick in permanent establishment and probability of the development apart each postoperative complication. For shaping the system of the distribution sick on groups we havedefined the total factor of the forecasting of the risk ESWL. The Getted data give us possibility to do the certain findings. Acceptance of mineral water Zbruchanskogo sourse reduces the berth-day in the second group for 2,1 days and for 4,4 days in the third group; the percent of the complications falls in the second group on, 7,6%, in the third on 11%. The Recommendations concern the purpose of mineral water as in so and at postoperative period.
