Poltorak S. Pedagogical conditions of formation of the future officers of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine skills of the commander of division

Object of the research - future division commanders' professional training in higher military educational establishments Ministry of Interior of Ukraine. The purpose of research - theoretical substantiation and experimental testing of the pedagogical conditions of cadet's education perfection with regard to commander's of division functions carrying out on the basis of substance Internal Troops Ministry of Interior of Ukraine commander's of division activity analysis. Methods of research and apparatus: methods of the theory - analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, systematization, convent-analysis of the documents and responses on the graduators; empirical methods - questionnaire design, conversation, direct and mediate observation, method of expert estimation, self estimation, testing; forming experiment. Theoretical and practical results: the effectiveness criteria, parameters and levels of military and professional skills of the commander of division are defined. The pedagogical conditions of professional skills of the commander of division formation are substantiated. The novelty - for the first time the pedagogical conditions of cadet's professional skills of the commander of division formation effectiveness have been substantiated; professional orientation development; educational process on the principles of context approach; further development has achieved the professional skills of the Internal Troops commander of division model. Degree of implementation: elaborated complex and purposeful program of professional skills of the Internal Troops commander of division formation has been used by Kharkiv Institute of Internal Troops Ministry of Interior of Ukraine and National Academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine magisterial staff. Sphere of use - in the process of professional, combat and humanitarian training of the military units, military educational establishments, officers' cadre retraining and raising the level of skills courses staff.
