Utechenko M. The symptoms and function of liver in cattle depending on structural changes of its parenchyma

The object is calves of 15-20-days of age and 4-5-mouns of age, cows of the 3-7 years old of black-white and holshtain breeds; the aims to consists in study of diagnostic value of symptoms and various parameters of a functional condition of liver at its pathology in cattle with various structural changes of parenchima; the methods are clinical, biochemical (general protein and proteins fractions, АSТ, АLТ, GGТ, AF, bilirubine, urea, creatinine); urine - organoleptic (colour, transparency) and biochemical (pН, protein, glucose); necropsy, hystological and ultrasound investigation of liver and other organs; the new approach lies on the consists in an experimental and theoretical substantiation of interrelation of symptoms and functional condition of a liver with alive hystological characteristic of its bioptates in cattle at different diseases: lipid heapatodystrophy and alimentary dystrophy in highproductive cows, toxically heapatodystrophy and hypotrophy in calves. Experimentally revealed biochemicalsyndromes of liver lesions at these diseases allowed theoretical substantion and generalise the mechanism of toxically heapatodystrophy development and some of them to be recommended for early diagnostics of liver diseases; the main is developed early methods of diagnostics of a pathology of a liver; designed throakare for biopsy of a liver and kidneys.
