Tsisetskyy O. Structure transformation on employment of people in the region under the circumstances of economic changes (on an example of Khmelnytskyj region)

Object: the process of system transformations in the employment structure of the population of Khmelnytskyj region. Purpose: theoretical and methodological grounding of the transformation processes of employment structure of the population of the region and the directions development of improving mechanism of its regulation under conditions of economic transformations. Methods: system approach, analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, stagy modeling, graphic. Practical results: the methodical scheme of prognosing the employment structure of the population was improved; the recommendations concerning of improving employment structure of the population of the region were developed; the necessity of creating regional stock exchanges was proved; the system of actions for stimulating demand for manpower was proposed.
