3.Тhе thesis deals with an elaboration, substantiation and an estimation of the clinical efficacy of new methods of multimodality treatment and prevention of relapses of peritoneal commissures (PC) in children. The dissertation presents a characteristic of specific features pertaining to the onset and clinical manifestations of PC in children. The role of disturbances of tissue fibrinolysis as to the induction of intraperitoneal commissure formation has been studied. Prognostic criteria of the development of PC in children have been developed in the research. The efficacy of a combined use of systemic enzymotherapy (Wobe-Mugos Е) and electrophoresis with collalisin in a course of multi modality treatment and preventing relapses of PC in children has been proved.
