The paper contains the data on morphofunctional condition of the long tubular bones in animals due to ovariotomy and dynamics of the bone tissue mineral density condition in the women survived postcastration syndrome. The structural transformations and mineral changes in the long tubular bones caused by ovariotomy in female rats have been determined. For the first time the application of combined calcium sandocal-D preparation on the background of moderate dynamic physical loads proved to have the most optimum positive effects on osteometric, morphometric, histologic, electrone-microscopic findings and on the long tubular bones mineral structure. Preventive measures including the application of sandocal D on the background of dynamic physical loads in the women survived postcastration syndrome have been proved to be necessary taking into consideration the dynamic observation findings of the bone tissue condition.
