Essay

It was established, that chronic alcoholization with 40% vodka, 40% home-drew, 17% stong wine doesn't cause any expressive changes of glomerular filters and tubular reab-sorption components during the therm, that in clinical aspect of the alcoholism corresponds to the period of development of motivation to the alcohol. At this time, alcoholisation with 50% home-drew causes the development of symptoms of functional tension. At the moment of development of the tolerance alco-holization with 40% vodka and 17% stong wine causes the hypertrophy and hyperplazia of the filtration and reabsorption components. Alcoholization with 40% home-drew causes first symptoms of destruction at this period. Introduction of 50% home-drew caused the restrain of adaptational-protectional mechanism during this time.
