Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to learning morhological changes in urinary organs in case of urethral stricture, to investigation of the morphofunctional condition of urethra after its reconstructive plasty by means of autodermal and autovenous grafts, to studing of the influence of suture material and the kind of an anastomosis on the morphofunctional condition of the creatured urethra after its reconstructive plasty by using autovenous graft and to investigation of the dependence of the restored urethra morphofunctional condition from the preventive methods of the urinary infiltration of sutures and from the change of bacterial composition of urine. In this scientific paper have been shown the shortcomings of the reconstructive urethroplasty by using autodermal graft and have been elaborated a new method of urethral reconstruction by means of an autovenous graft from the big subcutaneous vein of low extremity.
