Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of results of surgical treatment of children with vesicoureteral reflux into the duplex upper urinary tract organs. Dependence of a degree of defeat of a segment of a kidney on a degree of infringements urodynamics and degrees ectopy of the urerteric mouth is revealed at the duplex upper urinary tract organs. Indications to various kinds of operations are developed, on a level ectopy ureteric, and also character of defeat of the upper urinary tract organs. In work it is proved, that the offered algorithm of a choice of a method of surgical treatment allows to optimize medical tactics and in 91,9 % to receive good and satisfactory results.
