Vasyuk O. Providing information and bibliography for lawyers in the circumstances of law-abiding state formation

The work is dedicated to analyze the system of providing information and bib-liography to lawyers in Ukraine. It studies the elucidation of problem of providing information and bibliography to lawyers; it explains notions "flow of documents in jurisprudence", "bibliographical information on jurisprudence" and "system of in-formation and bibliographical resources on jurisprudence"; it performs the analysis of flow of documents on jurisprudence, discovers the composition of types and forms, covers the regularities of concentration-dispersion of publications on jurisprudence; it analyses the information needs of lawyers in the circumstances of law-abiding state formation; it analyses the system of information and bibliography resources on juris-prudence, which consists of sub-systems of long-term, current and retrospective bib-liography information; it offers the ways of improvement of system of proving in-formation and bibliography sources to the spheres of jurisprudence in present-day circumstances.
