Zhuk I. Labour of convicted in penitentional institutions of Ukraine: problems and tendencies of humanization

Object: the convicts' labour organizational process inside the humanization and democratization of society. Aim: the theoretical, methodological and practical references spread to the solvation convicts' labour problem in penitentional institutions of Ukraine, and also working out the democratization and humanization conditions for convicts' labour. Methods: comparatives, statistical analyzes, system structural economical analyze, experts' evaluations. Results of practical usage: the further system theoretical and methodological, practical researches base of convicts' labour in the penitenional institutions within society humanizational procces in Ukraine has been created. It has been inculcated into the State Penitentional Department of Ukraine and into the University studies.
