Essay

The object of peculiarities - referents strain Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium avium and cultures, picked out through yolk and albumen eggs from hens. The purpose of peculiarities - increase to study of properties mycobacterium of tuberculosis human, bovine, poultry, cause transovarial hens, and improvement system of measu-res of fight from tuberculosis hens. Methods of research - microbiological, biochemicalallergical, allergical, serological, pathologoanatomical, statistical. Scientific novelty: іt was realisation of study of properties Мycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium bovis and Mycobacterium avium, experimentally to infected them. Fixed different termoresistence Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis in yolk and hen eggs albumen and to peculiarities of their of transmission through eggs to birds of younger generation in comparison with Mycobacterium avium. On base of these data the practical and methodical recommendations as for using of got researched results are given.
