Object of research are cows and heifers in last two month of pregnant and new-born calves with disorders of gastrointestinal tract, pathogenic organisms. The purpose of researches is working out effectiveness scheme of stimulation immunobiological resistance of new-born calves organism as basis of prophylactic of contagious gastrointestinal diseases. The modes are clinical, epizootic, bacteriological, morphological, physiologic-biochemical, immunological, statistical. Scientific newness: on basic preparations bovitox, lactogen, haematin worked out and inculcated complex mode of prophylactic and treatment gastrointestinal diseases of new-born calves. Proved matter important role in pathogenesis of digestion disorder, omphalitis and umbilical sepsis by new-born calves, it is necessary the insertion in complex of prophylactic measures the thorough asepsis of umbilical cord after birth of calves.
