Essay

Object of study: Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis, immunosupression, immunocompetent cells immunomodulators, immunomodeling prevention, Bacillus alvei Purpose of study: the dissertation is devoted to studying the mechanisms of immunosupression of bovine developed during IBR and to investigating the means of immunomodulating prevention of this illness of new-born bulls with using a immunomodulator of in active culture Bacillus alvei-413. Theoretical and practical results: The immunomodulating peculiarities of epizootic and vaccine strains of virus of infectious Rhinotracheitis have been studied. Side by side with an infectious type of IBR interaction with macrophages and their presence in the structure of BHV-1 type of immunosupression component. The immunomodulating peculiarities of 3 strains of Bacillus alvei has been studied. One has ascertained that all studied strains of Bacillus alvei stimulated the transformed activity of mononuclear cells of peripheral blood and strengthened their functional features. The researches in vitro ascertained the capacity of the strain Bacillus alvei-413 to modulate in positive way the immunity response to antigens of epizootic strains 4016 of BHV-1 type. The method of immunity modeling prevention of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis with using of inactivated culture of Bacillus alvei-413 as an immunomodulator has been investigated. Area of use: veterinary medicine.
