Nguyen Q. Developing the strategy of regulation of employment (on an example of Vietnam)

The thesis is dedicated to actual problems of regulation of employment in Vietnam and its regions. In the thesis it is justified, that the development of a multistructure economy in Vietnam assumes regulation of social and economic problems, including social and labour problems, which the market mechanism can not solve independently and effectively. The social and economic nature of employment in conditions of market relations is uncovered, the significance and necessity of formation of labour market infrastructure, formation and usage of labour forces at regulation of employment in modern conditions of Vietnam and its regions is approved. The model of developing the policy of regulation of employment in region is designed, on the basis of which one the policy of regulation of employment in Dungquoc region, Vietnam is worked out.
