The investigation is devoted to one of the most important periods in the history of Ukraine and that role it played in the political relations of the Great Lithuanian Kingdom with the Crimean Khan. In this scientific work, on the basis of new sources, the fight of the Ukrainian population against the Crimean Khan and Osman Empire has been examined, the duties of every layer have been studies as well, evolution and the number of Ukrainian Cossacks have been traced and how it has influenced the Crimean's politics of the Great Lithuanian Kingdom.
