3. Оbject: organizationally-economic mechanisms of the nature use in the region. Aim: motivations of directions to transformations organizing-economic mechanism of using the natural resources in region. Methods: system analysis, economic and statistical analysis and axiomatic one. Results: theoretical and methodological approaches to the determination of the compositional structure and tasks of the nature use are improved; trends of improvement of organizationally- economic mechanism of the nature use in the region are substantiated; cluster structural model for sapropelic extraction is developed; for the first time scheme of concessive mechanism of timber potential use is worked out; mechanism of formation of model territory Use: in management bodies enterprise structures and educational process.
