The thesis is dedicated to the questions of the improvement of the calculation theory of the loading and fastening pile loads on the open rolling stock. The designed criteria of the reliability and efficiency mark to the details and nodes of the fastening loads give a possibility to raise the quality of transportation and to reduce the material expenses. First the new approaches to the calculation of the fastening loads from the displacement in logitudinal and diametrical directions, as well as a new theory of the determination of the optimum expenses on support given level of the provision of the movement safety and loads safety in railway freight facility are offered. A theory of the fastening loads from the displacement in longitudinal direction accounting its take-off from flap of the coach and flight in the time of graving coaches on making of shunting operations
