Thesis deals with the analysis of the social and political factors of changing in the structure of peasantry of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in the years 1927-1932. Juridical and nonjuridical ruining of culacks' farms, liquidation culacks as class, spontaneous movement of peasantry to industry and new constructions withdrew general surplus and social class section of peasants disagreeable to regime. Analysis of particularities, forms, methods and consequences of mentioned above social and political factors are given here. It is also proved here that during investigated all unnatural quantitative qualitative changes in peasantry of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic rooted in surplus of working forces in the village, in renewal the policy of "military communism", in speeding up the industrialization and forcing all over collectivization. All these factors were realized due to such social and political factors as juridical ruining of culacks' farms and liquidation prosperous farming, organized engaging and spontaneous movement of peasants to industry and new constructions.
