Essay

The work is directed on development of a specilpurpose foundation of modeling and optimization of information flows and the Project Management conception.Providing for a steep cycle cut in the shipyard lofttechnological production preparation (LTPP). The developed shipyard LTPP information flows modeling method enable to create an information system (IS) formalized model graphically, i.e. in information flows diagrams (IFD). A research was made on design data and document turn-over of shipyard LTPP with use an "entity-relationship" information model.It is shows, that informatuon modeling and Project Management are basic functions of the shipyard IS LTPP. It was outlined that shipyard modern control system should include planning and control, organization structurization and personel control, information maintenance sub-systems and,as a partial function-LTPP Project Management, providing for a certain coordination of the above mentioned systems.The shipyards LTPP Project Management will ensure to findthe most rational solution for the production,will create prerequisites to attract investments.
