Process of manufacture development in new economic conditions through implementation of the new techniques creation projects (NTCP). Increase of decision-making efficiency by selection of manufacture development trends by mining models, methods and information technology of resource management of the projects on the basis of the additional investments accumulation analysis. Methods of researches: systems analysis; methods of the sets theory; the regular schemes of algorithms; the function - cost analysis; the financial and economic analysis; management of the projects, investment management; the theories of risk. The obtained scientific outcomes: 1) system model of selection of priority manufacture development on the basis of the analysis NTCP, which one increases efficiency of acceptance of the reasonable solutions at control of processes of manufacture development; 2) models of a structure determination of resources deficit, that allows to reveal a deficit of resources during implementation NTCP on manufacture; 3) model of selection of the additional investments accumulation versions for implementation NTCP, that allows to reduce versions number of exhaustive search of possible ways of investments accumulation. The designed methods and models realised by the way computer systems of decision making support at control NTCP on manufacturing firms, which one provides improvement of the quality both veracities of simulation outcomes and management efficiency with the projects. The outcomes of researches are applied in different organizations and firms of Ukraine. Can be used at control of the technical systems creation projects and processes of manufacture development.
