The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the idealized substantiation and mining of the methodical base of organizational and economical tools of risk-management of ecological dangers. Are offered the conceptual device of a category " risk - management of ecological dangers " (RMED) and principles of formation of a system RMED. The methodical fundamentalses of an estimation are designed is risk of ecological danger (RED) and system of organizational and economical tools RMED. Are offered and the organizational and economical tools RMED on object macro and microeconomical levels.
