Voloshyn D. The economic and ecological preconditions and mechanism prevention of the negative consequences of the climatic change

. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of forming of the theoretical and appliedbasis of the development of the economic and ecological strategy of solving the problems of prevention of dangerous climatic changes. On the of the methodology of the general theory of systems and methods of the experts evaluation the essential tendencies of modern climatic and other natural and technological transformations are revealed and the notion of the economic and ecological conflicts connected with climatic changes are formulated. Basing on the principles of the theory of controlling large systems, the directions and ways of improving the organizational, economic and lawful mechanism in the system of controlling the processes of preventing the dangerous climatic changes and their economic and ecological consequences for Ukraine were worked out.
