Essay

In the thesis theoretical, methodological and practical issues of improvement of industrial waste treatment organizational-economical mechanism are analyzed. In the thesis new schemes of regulation of the industrious waste treatment processes are developed on conceptual-methodological level (Cherkasy region is taken as an example). In is stressed that audit of all existing hierarchical vertical and horizontal connections in their complex measurement in industrious waste treatment schemes is compulsory. Original consideration of the structure of interrelations (technical, social, economical, social-political etc.) is realized on the base of systematic analysis.
