Essay

Object: socioeconomic processes of adjustment and developments of the labor market in Ukraine. Aim: development of the theoretical, methodological and methodical approaches to regulation of RLM and substantiation of the recommendations on increase of efficiency of its development in conditions of economy transformation. Methods: dialectic, abstract-logic, economic-statistical analysis, many-dimensional statistical analysis. Results: methodical approaches to an integrated evaluation of labor potential of region are developed, the main directions of increase of efficiency of the mechanism of regulation of the labor market of the Ternopil region are justified. Use: for development of the documents of regional aspect of reforming of the Ukrainian economy, for preparation of lecture rates.
